By entering the competition/event members acknowledge and agree:

a) that you are not under the direction or supervision of the SCSFC, and you are ultimately responsible for your own safety and the safety of others.

b) that ANSA Queensland maintains Public Liability Insurance; however, this insurance does not provide personal accident or injury cover for members who are participating in fishing or recreational activities. Personal Accident Insurance is generally limited to approved volunteers acting in a volunteer capacity. You understand that you are responsible for arranging any personal accident, medical, income protection, or other insurance cover that you consider necessary for your own circumstances.

All participants must be an ANSA QLD member (Temporary or full)
